Fukk Oligarchy

I just want to say that, and get the chapter, “classism,” back on track, while I’m thinking so much about the interaction of sexism/misogyny, racism, and the other psychopathologies of the democracy that the fukking Oligarchs are well into taking away from us.

The Oligarchs (aka the fukking Oligarchs), as persons and as characters, are utterly fuktup; and they are doing their damnedest to screw over the rest of us.

For them it’s “No Lives Matter” but their own.

The utopia of total ownership, control, and self-indulgence that they envision will be our dystopia—for as long as they allow us to live here. Their artificially intelligent machines will render wage-slaves like us superfluous to their need for labor.

If we don’t fight back, decisively, our gooses will be cooked—by  global warming.  They’ll survive.  We won’t.  They’ll thrive without us.

I want to say, at this moment, too, that while a resistance is forming on many fronts, we must expect and prepare to counter a strong backlash.
